Fine Quality Metal
Finishing Co., Inc. (FQMF) was purchased by its current ownership in 1983. What
started out as a 4,500 sq. ft. shop with limited plating capabilities,
serving only commercial industries, now consists of 5 buildings, which
amounts to approximately 50,000 sq. ft. Throughout the years, FQMF has
consistently
sought to increase its capacity and capabilities to serve a wider range of the
economy. Currently, FQMF helps support the following industries: aerospace,
defense, commercial aviation, nuclear, medical, oil and gas, automotive,
construction, and telecommunications. Furthermore, it has developed a customer
base which reaches throughout the continental United States and extends to
several foreign countries. Its diversification has, in part, been made possible
through the
additions of NDT and painting facilities. Management and staff at FQMF
understand that everything starts with the customer, which is why FQMF continues
to
develop avenues to improve on-time delivery and quality ratings along with
pricing. In addition, in order to meet its customers’ needs, FQMF has built a
reputation of persistence when it comes to protecting the environment under the
auspices of local, state and federal agencies.
